For all the new members of Eye Find, you might be thinking to yourself. “What the fuck is Sploogslist?” and we are here to tell you a little bit of history about our wonderful little corner of the net operated tax free, guilt free, and shame free all thanks to one talented pervert right after the Net Crash of the 2020s.

Sploog was the name of a talented netrunner who thrived in the early days of the DataKrash when everyone was scrambling to figure out what they were supposed to do with themselves without the net. What did such a talented netrunner do with this newfound power? An anonymous pornographic forum hosting by himself. He carved out his own little corner of hell to upload the most heinous and ungodly things you can picture a person doing for his own kicks at first but as the net recovered, more and more people began to stumble across this forum. Some where just freaks like Sploog looking to get their rocks off but other people started to see what kind of a resource this was. Piracy, black market deals, data leaks, and of course even more porn started appearing from far more people than Sploog. It had grown into something far beyond what Sploog intended and he decided to try get a piece of it for himself by installing a paywall. Overnight suddenly everyone from street dealers, gangs, and corporations were locked out of the place where they had found so much success. They were forced to pay a premium and it was no cheap price mind you, but that rubbed many people the wrong way. So what happened to the successful businessman and pervert of the year Sploog?

Somebody paid top dollar and had him flatlined. A talented netrunner didn’t mean he was a talented fighter and Sploog was gunned down in a old net café in Little China. Following his death, the website was seized by the next talented netrunner and the cycle continues to this day.

No matter how many hands Eye Find has gone through and all the changes that have been made, Sploogslist stands as a reminder to the original creator and freak who originally built this place from the ground up. You can take the site from the freak but you can’t take the freak out of the site. Just a little inspirational story for all the newcomers to the site.
