The Night City I grew up in was based on the principles of change. People wanted thing to be different. They didn’t want to be held down by the governing principles of the NUSA. They wanted a place where buisness could thrive on the principles that they saw fit. They wanted a place where the gangers don’t rule the streets. A place opporated on trust rather than fear!

I may be old. People may call me crazy but I don’t think the future is any reason to forget about the past. If we forget the past, we are doomed to repeat it and as a man who has lived through two corporate wars, multiple small scale battles, and zoning desputes…I don’t want to see us go back to that past.

I have seen what it looks like to focus so much on your past. It blinds you. It makes you afraid to look ahead but I have terminal blindness that no cyberware has been able to fix so I don’t have to look anywhere but ahead.
